Tonight, a sports show was shuffling its production crew around from one setup to another and we had an empty chair. Michael Tilka, without a word, turned on his heel, put on the headset, made it all go and taugh a few things to some new crew as well. I wish I had that ability at his age. It is a great skill among his many technical production skills. People that can do that, like Michael, are going to go far.
